HW 4/4

A student copied questions on homeless people off of a website but he did not give credit to anyone because he did not know who to give credit to. Some students have copied information off the internet but did not give credit to anyone because they thought the knowledge was commonsense. A good example of why the students tend to copy and paste without giving credit is because they don’t have the physical article or book in their hands. They assume that because anyone has the rights to it, then there is no need for giving credit. In the video of Obama and Hillary, Obama says that a friend gave him words that he could use in his speech. Obama did not give credit because he said he was told to say it. This goes with the information online. Students who copy only a little don’t think to give credit because it would be silly for something so small.
